Analyst Position at Bain Capital Real Estate

Bain Capital Real Estate is hiring analysts! We are seeking full-time analysts for summer 2027 start, based in Boston. This role is a minimum two-year commitment with eligibility for promotion to associate after two years. The ideal candidates will have a strong academic record with prior internship experience in investing and/or real estate (investment banking, RE development, research, etc.). Candidates should exhibit the following skills and/or experiences:

• Self-motivated, creative thinker with strong commercial instincts
• Strong communication, interpersonal and selling skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively

Bain Capital professionals are exposed to a broad set of situations and companies and systematically develop skills as a value-added investor. Analysts will learn how to evaluate investment opportunities through the application of fundamental strategic analysis in addition to the more traditional financial modeling. Throughout the analyst program, you will:

• Receive significant exposure to a wide breadth of asset classes, multiple types of investments and deal experiences
• Become a value-added investor by strategically assessing and evaluating new investment opportunities and on-going opportunities for value-creation in our existing portfolio
• Work collaboratively with senior leaders across our teams
• Accelerate your professional growth through comprehensive training, a small class size, individualized guidance and mentorship

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, with interviews starting in early August.

Compensation

Expected annual base salary: $110,000. This is the expected annual base salary range for this position. Actual base salary will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based upon factors such as individual impact, team and firm performance.
