These responsibilities revolve around providing comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. The role includes triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building a financial plan, and recommending brokerage products. Employees may be required to provide residential mortgage loans and must comply with SAFE Act registration requirements, background checks, and maintain registration status.
Responsibilities- Work with clients to plan short and long‑term financial goals by building a financial plan using brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions.
- Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.
- Triage client requests and refer to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended.
Monday – Friday and rotating Saturdays.
Required Qualifications- Currently holds Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65 in lieu of 66); if 66 is not held, a passing score for the missing series may be required within 60 days.
- Minimum one year of experience in the investment industry, including training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- Minimum one year of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.

- Minimum three years of experience in financial services and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Achievement of additional professional designations such as CFP or CRPC.

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 annualized salary, awards to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set.
Incentive PlanThis role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan. Employees are eligible for incentives as detailed by the specific line of business incentive plan provisions. Incentive opportunities may be monthly, quarterly and/or annual, earned based on performance against defined metrics.
