As a Wealth Strategy Associate, you’ll play an important role in supporting high net worth and ultra‑high net worth individuals and families through advisory services.
Qualifications- SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses are required
- Ideally 5+ years of experience in client service within the finance sector
- Bachelor's degree focusing on finance
- Excellent communication and top‑notch interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and logical problem‑solving abilities
- Team player

Salary informationIndicative gross base salary range as a full‑time equivalent role:
United States – Massachusetts – Boston, min USD 75,000 – max USD 98,000 per annum. Expected salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. UBS offers competitive benefits and variable compensation may be provided at the discretion of the firm.
