Associate Director, Enterprise Operations & Strategy
Reports to the Vice President of Enterprise Operations & Strategy. Assists with the operational expansion of new and existing products that are innovative or require operational improvements aligned with the firm’s strategy.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior professionals to assess operational build capacity across accounting, treasury, taxation, client onboarding, reporting, performance, and third‑party service providers.
- Document and maintain key decisions, processes, and turning points for each product launch in a formal Action Plan while supporting updates to the EOS dashboard.
- Drive all aspects of client operational launch of a new product from concept to full transition to the run team.
- Conduct initial assessment of new operational processes and technology required for product implementation.
- Leverage efficiencies and opportunities from past launches.
- Establish key dependencies and goals to meet client operational readiness launch targets.
- Support the review of legal and other product documentation from an operational commercial perspective.
- Solicit feedback and evaluate inputs from cross‑section of the organization to advise decisions around product terms and related sales and operating models.
- Coordinate with operational run team leads to ensure the firm will support operational needs of the products.
- Other responsibilities as required.
- Solid understanding in at least one operational function (Accounting, Client Experience/Investor Reporting, Performance/Analytics, Transfer Agency, Treasury, Corporate Finance, Compliance, Regulatory & tax, Investment Operations, Risk).
- Attention to detail and ability to drive client operational decisions on a project while seeking input from multiple perspectives without existing precedents.
- Experience with alternative investment structures (40 Acts, 34 Acts, Collateralized Fund Obligations, SICAVs, ELTIF 2.0s, LTAFs, RAIFs, CITs, QAHCs, Cayman Unit Trusts), separate‑managed mandates, complex open and closed‑end funds, private equity, credit investments, real assets and various performance fee structures.
- Clear communication of sophisticated technical concepts in simple terms via templates/models, written summaries, and in‑person presentations.
- Experience working in team environments, leading or facilitating group efforts.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple product launches simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Six or more years of experience in private equity or asset management (preferred).
- Prior experience with US and non‑US alternative investment vehicles (preferred).
Base salary range: USD $ – $ (U.S. only). Eligible for discretionary annual bonus based on performance. Compensation may also include long‑term reward programs and a comprehensive rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs.
