Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Controller for the KONE Northeast District in Boston, MA. The candidate will analyze financial performance, provide insights, and support strategic decisions across the region.

• Analyze financial performance and drive business insights to improve results.
• Partner with leadership and influence decision‑making through data and forecasting.
• Use advanced Excel, financial reporting systems, and SAP to manage financial data.
• Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interpret financial data, track key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on forecasting, planning, and ensuring financial operations align with company standards.

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience, including business controlling expertise.
• Strong foundation in accounting, analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial systems such as SAP or Hyperion.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Hiring range: $192,600–$252,735. Compensation includes a 20% target incentive bonus based on company and individual goals.
