Back Investment Analyst
Boston, Massachusetts
Our client, a well-established investment advisory firm serving high‑net‑worth individuals and families, is seeking an Investment Analyst to join its growing investment team.
Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth fundamental research on public companies and develop investment recommendations.
- Monitor assigned sectors and proactively identify new investment opportunities.
- Perform due diligence on third‑party investment managers through research, meetings, and performance analysis.
- Prepare investment memos and present research findings to the investment team.
- Track portfolio holdings, monitor performance, and provide ongoing investment analysis.
- Support portfolio management activities, including trade execution and implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in equity research, asset management, or investment analysis.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and research skills.
- Progress toward the CFA charter or an MBA is a plus.
- Experience with Bloomberg, Fact Set, Capital IQ, or similar investment research platforms is preferred.
This role is hybrid – 2 to 3 days in office.
Compensation: $115,000 to $140,000 plus bonus.
