We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented finance professional to support centralized budget planning and financial operations. This role partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver insights into financial performance, improve forecasting accuracy, and strengthen budget oversight across the organization. Responsibilities
- Reconcile personnel cost data across human capital systems and financial management platforms to ensure alignment with approved funding
- Review and process funding-related workflow items, ensuring accuracy and appropriate approvals
- Generate reports and dashboards from financial, HR, and legacy systems to support data-driven decision-making
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of annual budget planning cycles and periodic budget reviews
- Maintain and enhance short- and long-term financial forecasting tools
- Analyze budget performance, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency and financial outcomes
- Support distribution and tracking of finalized budgets across departments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret financial results and develop performance metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4–8 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or a related discipline
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP) is a plus
- Solid understanding of budgeting processes and accounting principles
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience interacting with senior leadership and presenting financial insights clearly
