We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented finance professional to support centralized budget planning and financial operations. This role partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver insights into financial performance, improve forecasting accuracy, and strengthen budget oversight across the organization. Responsibilities

  • Reconcile personnel cost data across human capital systems and financial management platforms to ensure alignment with approved funding
  • Review and process funding-related workflow items, ensuring accuracy and appropriate approvals
  • Generate reports and dashboards from financial, HR, and legacy systems to support data-driven decision-making
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of annual budget planning cycles and periodic budget reviews
  • Maintain and enhance short- and long-term financial forecasting tools
  • Analyze budget performance, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency and financial outcomes
  • Support distribution and tracking of finalized budgets across departments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret financial results and develop performance metrics
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4–8 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or a related discipline
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP) is a plus
  • Solid understanding of budgeting processes and accounting principles
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Experience interacting with senior leadership and presenting financial insights clearly
