Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Audit/Compliance Analyst IV in Boston, MA. Duties:
- Review and evaluate transactions or requests to ensure alignment with internal policies and compliance requirements
- Monitor team inboxes and intake channels, respond to inquiries, and provide guidance on next steps
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather and organize required documentation for review and approval processes
- Support compliance reviews by preparing standardized documentation and ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Collect, analyze, and track data related to transaction limits, thresholds, or other control metrics
- Prepare recurring reports and key performance metrics for leadership and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate and support meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting discussions, and tracking action items
- Maintain and update policies, procedures, and process documentation to ensure alignment with current standards
- Participate in special projects, including process improvements and support for new initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred
- 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, compliance, or a related field
- Experience supporting regulatory, risk, or compliance functions within a corporate or financial environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze and interpret data efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with standard office tools, data analysis, and reporting systems
- Adaptability and ability to respond to changing business needs and requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
