U.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust Services is one of the largest providers of corporate trust services worldwide. The Global Structured Finance (GSF) group delivers services on structured finance vehicles, issuing both debt and equity liabilities to fund portfolios of collateral such as ABS, MBS, CMBS and mezzanine debt. These services include trust reporting, which requires review of deal documents, setup of cash‑flow priorities, collection of periodic asset activity data, and reporting to bondholders.
EssentialFunctions
- Read and interpret trust indentures with regard to reporting requirements.
- Create technical report specifications from indenture language.
- Set up payment calculations in a variety of in‑house systems; receive, map and reconcile periodic collateral data; coordinate with operations teams to ensure correct payments are received and made.
- Perform quality control review of reports, meeting timeliness and accuracy standards.
- Frequent interaction with asset managers, investors, auditors and rating agencies.
- This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Less than two years of relevant work experience.
- Basic understanding of fixed‑income securities and securitization.
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet established deadlines in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficient computer navigation skills using software packages including Microsoft Office applications.

Salary and CompensationPay Range: $68,850.00 – $81,000.00. The actual range may vary by location. In addition to base pay, U.S. Bank offers incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution, and a pension plan (subject to eligibility).
