Business Controller – Northeast District

Location:

Boston (Canton), MA
Role:
Analyze financial performance, provide insights, forecast, plan, and align financial operations with company standards and objectives.

• Analyze and monitor business performance across the region, providing meaningful insights that drive strategic decisions.
• Interpret financial data, track key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to forecast, plan, and ensure financial operations align with company standards and objectives.
• Prepare financial reports, analyze variances, and present findings to leadership to influence decision‑making.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.

• Minimum of 7+ years of progressive finance experience, including business controlling expertise.
• Strong foundation in accounting, analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency with advanced Excel, SAP, Hyperion, or comparable financial systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field; an MBA or master’s degree is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
