Position Overview
As an Associate Asset Manager within PNC's Multi Family Capital organization, you will support the oversight of a portfolio of Low‑Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) investments on behalf of the equity partner. The role focuses on assets in the final three years of the compliance period and aids Senior Asset Managers in protecting and optimizing equity value by evaluating equity performance and credit risk across the portfolio.
Job DescriptionThe Associate Asset Manager reviews property operations, financial performance, and compliance status, conducts site inspections, and supports travel‑based asset reviews. The role analyzes investment health, prepares internal assessments, and partners closely with senior team members while not being responsible for formal watchlist monitoring or reporting.

Successful candidates must meet the following:
- University or college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience (or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience).
- Working knowledge of commercial real‑estate terminology and capital markets.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to support asset‑management activities across the lifecycle of LIHTC investments.
- Experience in portfolio monitoring, compliance reporting, and financial analysis.
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal partners.
Base salary: $45,000.00 – $. Salaries may vary by geographic location, market data, and individual experience and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
