Responsibilities
- Lead or support end-to-end execution of RWI placements across multiple concurrent transactions
- Coordinate underwriting processes with insurers
- Advise clients and deal teams on transaction‑related risks and insurance solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with private equity sponsors, corporates, and key legal advisors
- Collaborate with Tax, Structured Solutions, and Credit teams to deliver integrated risk solutions
- Mentor and support Analysts/Associates
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4–7 years of experience in M&A
- Strong understanding of M&A transaction mechanics
- Experience supporting or leading complex deal execution processes
- Exposure to RWI or other transactional risk products strongly preferred
