This full-time, on-site Wealth Management Advisor role is based in Boston, MA. The Wealth Management Advisor will work directly with clients to assess their financial goals, develop tailored financial and retirement plans, and provide ongoing investment advice and portfolio oversight. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, analyzing financial data, preparing recommendations, and presenting strategies that align with clients’ risk tolerance and long-term objectives.
The role involves collaborating with internal partners, staying current on market trends and regulatory changes, and documenting all client interactions and plans in accordance with firm policies. The Advisor will also support business development efforts by nurturing existing relationships and identifying opportunities to expand the client base.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to develop comprehensive, goal-based strategies for clients.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Investments and Finance to analyze portfolios, evaluate risk, and recommend suitable financial products.
- Candidates should possess experience in Wealth Management Services to deliver holistic advice across assets, liabilities, and long-term financial objectives.
- Relevant certifications such as CFP, CFA, or other financial planning designations are highly beneficial.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in clear, accessible terms.
- Proven ability to build trust-based client relationships and maintain a high level of ethical and professional conduct.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
