Responsibilities
- Evaluate capital allocation opportunities across full spectrum of M&A and organic growth projects
- Lead business case development, collaborating closely with business leadership
- Perform M&A due diligence, partnering closely with Corporate Development and external advisors
- Conduct portfolio analysis to inform prioritization and capital allocation trade-offs
- Mentor and support development of junior staff
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, MBA a plus
- 8+ years of professional experience in either investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or valuation / transaction services
- Strong understanding of advanced corporate finance concepts
- Experience working on M&A deal teams
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strategic mindset with ability to identify and evaluate growth opportunities
- Broad exposure to life science tools and/or software industries a plus
