Real Estate Analyst

Position Summary

Bain Capital Real Estate is hiring full‑time Analysts for a summer 2027 start, based in Boston. The role is a minimum two‑year commitment with eligibility to be promoted to Associate after two years.

• Receive significant exposure to a wide breadth of asset classes, multiple types of investments and deal experiences.
• Become a value‑added investor by strategically assessing and evaluating new investment opportunities and ongoing opportunities for value‑creation in our existing portfolio.
• Work collaboratively with senior leaders across our teams.
• Accelerate professional growth through comprehensive training, a small class size, individualized guidance and mentorship.

• Strong academic record.
• Prior internship experience in investing and/or real‑estate related roles (investment banking, RE development, research, etc.).
• Self‑motivated, creative thinker with strong commercial instincts.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and selling skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively.

Expected Annual Base Salary: $110,000. Actual base salary will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based upon factors such as individual impact and team and firm performance.
