Client Services Analyst - Boston, MA

We are seeking candidates for a Client Services Analyst position with a leading financial services firm in Boston, MA. The Client Services Analyst will support the client onboarding lifecycle by coordinating onboarding work streams, managing documentation, tracking onboarding progress, and partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of experience in client onboarding, operations, or middle office functions within the financial services industry.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity offering $40–$43/hour, depending on experience, for a 40-hour workweek. The position follows a hybrid work schedule based out of the firm's Boston office.

Responsibilities
  • Support client onboarding activities with a focus on Equity Swaps and Financing Solutions.
  • Collect, review, and maintain client onboarding documentation and account setup materials.
  • Coordinate onboarding workflows, monitor key milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Partner with Front Office, Operations, Risk, Credit, Compliance, AML/KYC, and Legal teams to facilitate timely and accurate client onboarding.
  • Prepare onboarding reports, maintain accurate records, and provide post-onboarding support as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in client onboarding, account onboarding, middle office, or investment operations within financial services.
  • Experience supporting derivatives, equity swaps, securities finance, prime services, or capital markets products.
  • Knowledge of client onboarding, account opening, OTC derivatives, and collateral management.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Risk, Compliance, Credit, AML/KYC, and Legal.
  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
