Job Title & LocationCo‑op – Wellington Management, 280 Congress Avenue, Wellington, New Zealand
Position OverviewThe Co‑op will join a team supporting Wellington Leaders, gaining hands‑on experience across investment operations, governance, documentation, and research. The role involves a mix of ongoing initiatives and short‑term projects related to the full fund and transaction lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Review, organize, and support the production of investment‑ or fund‑related materials.
- Assist with data entry, database population, and document management.
- Conduct research and analysis on business initiatives or market developments.
- Support process reviews and identify gaps or improvement opportunities.
- Assist with record maintenance and retention activities.
- Coordinate information, materials, or approvals across teams.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills; self‑motivated and detail‑oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and time‑sensitive tasks.
- Professionalism, intellectual curiosity, enthusiasm for learning, and an interest in financial markets.
- Preferred background or interest in business, finance, economics, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sense of humor and collaborative mindset are valued.
Base salary: range not provided. The compensation approach considers salary, variable compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package.
