Overview
Supports servicing and related sales enablement activities to drive new client relationships and deepen existing HNW and UHNW client relationships in Wealth Management. Partners with stakeholders to ensure clients have access to all resources and solutions based on their individual needs. Utilizes operational, technical, and functional expertise to support the execution of policies and procedures that align with all aspects of Wealth Management sales and service strategy.
Responsibilities- Service the daily transaction needs of wealth clients, including problem resolution, overdrafts, account delinquency, wire transfers, book transfers, and account maintenance.
- Apply sound judgment and take ownership over operational problems resulting from direct client interaction or through the Client Team.
- Resolve routine service issues to exceed client expectations and support retention and expansion.
- Open and onboard new client relationships, acclimating clients to systems and confirming receipt of necessary information.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships through daily interactions with clients, the Wealth Management team, and internal partners.
- Provide sales support for market‑specific special projects such as event coordination, process improvement, and sales initiatives.
- Maintain current knowledge of products, services, policies, procedures, regulations, and external developments that may affect the client and bank.
- Review daily department reports to ensure compliance with operations, security, audit procedures, and client experience standards.
- Collaborate with internal control teams to implement audit points and regulatory issues.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 1 year of financial services client service experience, OR 5 years of higher education/work experience with at least 1 year in financial services client service.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with personal computers and common productivity software (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations).
- Minimum 3 years private banking, wealth management, commercial banking, or branch experience.
- Exposure to and knowledge of the bank’s retail and commercial banking systems.
- Knowledge of private banking products and services;
Trust experience. - Ability to work independently and in a team‑based environment.
Hourly rate ranging from $26.23 to $43.71 USD, dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.
