Responsibilities
- Ensuring client accounts are added to the CRM per client allocation mandates
- Overseeing the execution of client portfolio requests such as cash movements, security transfers, and tax reporting
- Addressing account inquiries and working with third‑party custodians to obtain relevant information
- Preparing portfolio reporting materials and presentations for portfolio reviews
- Attending portfolio reviews and executing post‑review tasks
- Providing backup support for the firm's trading platform
- 2–5 years of experience supporting advisors at a wealth management firm
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Base salary: $78,000 – $90,000 (depending on experience) plus bonus.
