Position: Global Commercial Banking - Sr. Relationship Manager/Middle Market Banking (Boston)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and valuable financial solutions to complex Global Commercial Banking clients and prospects.
  • Serve as primary point of contact / trusted advisor and acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable relationships, collaborating with teammates and facilitating client relationships with Product Specialists.
  • Manage an extensive portfolio of complex clients and prospects with annual revenues of $50 million to $2 billion and help companies save, borrow, and invest for their current and future needs.
  • Acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable client relationships through sales, prospecting, and enhancing existing relationships.
  • Understand and interpret financial and cash flow statements to assess and analyze financial conditions of companies and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with domestic and international teammates throughout the bank, including Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, and Wealth Management, and facilitate client relationships with Product Specialists in Credit, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services to design and deliver financial solutions to clients and prospects.
  • Lead and facilitate dialogue with a variety of complex clients and prospects regarding topics such as the client and prospect industry, alternative capital structures, and general business issues.
  • Coach and mentor peers while utilizing leadership skills.
  • Adapt to changes in sales practices and broader market and industry conditions as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Hold the following registered licenses (or obtain within 180 days of start date): FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), S7 and S63.
