Our client, an innovative leader in the Marketing Technology industry, is seeking a Net Suite Finance Systems & Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) Lead to define the strategy, architecture, and future roadmap for its enterprise Finance Systems. This is a newly created, highly visible leadership position where you'll have the opportunity to modernize mission‑critical applications, drive AI‑powered automation, and build the Finance technology foundation supporting the company's next phase of global growth.
This highly visible leadership opportunity places you at the center of the company's Finance technology strategy. You'll serve as the technical owner of the Finance Systems ecosystem, partnering with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, Engineering, and executive stakeholders to modernize enterprise applications, drive AI‑powered innovation, and build scalable solutions that support long‑term business growth.
Daily Responsibilities- Owning the technology roadmap for the end‑to‑end Finance Systems and Quote‑to‑Cash (Q2C) / Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) ecosystem while aligning initiatives with business objectives
- Designing scalable Finance System solutions that support enterprise growth, operational excellence, and international expansion
- Leading architecture and integration efforts across Net Suite ERP, Salesforce CPQ, billing platforms, revenue recognition applications, collections, and downstream financial reporting systems
- Evaluating the current Finance Systems landscape while identifying opportunities for modernization, automation, and long‑term ERP strategy
- Partnering with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, Engineering, and Internal Audit teams to optimize business processes
- Driving AI‑powered automation initiatives across Finance workflows including billing, invoice processing, reconciliations, forecasting support, and operational efficiencies
- Managing SOX compliance, IT General Controls (ITGCs), audit readiness, and enterprise Finance application controls
- Ensuring Finance Systems produce accurate, reliable financial data supporting month‑end close, executive reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision making
- Translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions that balance performance, maintainability, and long‑term growth
- Providing technical leadership for Finance Systems implementations, integrations, testing strategies, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Serving as the primary technology advisor to Finance leadership on application strategy, enterprise architecture, and future roadmap planning
- 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise Finance Systems, ERP platforms, or business applications within a SaaS or technology organization
- 4+ years of direct ownership of Quote‑to‑Cash (Q2C) and/or Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) systems and processes
- Deep hands‑on Net Suite ERP experience as an Administrator, Solution Architect, Technical Lead, Systems Architect, or Finance Systems owner
- Strong expertise across Net Suite ERP, Salesforce CPQ, Zuora or similar subscription billing platforms, revenue recognition, collections, invoicing, and financial integrations
- Experience configuring, optimizing, and integrating enterprise Finance Systems
- Strong understanding of Finance data flows across ERP, CRM, billing, and reporting platforms
