In this hybrid role located in the Boston headquarters
, the Equity Analyst will work closely with the portfolio management team to conduct in-depth company research aligned with the firm's investment philosophy.

• Financial statement modeling and forecasting.
• Present well-supported investment recommendations.
• Generate new investment ideas aligned with the team's strategic approach.

• Minimum four years of equity research experience; buy-side experience is a must.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
• Exceptional communication abilities.
• Preferred MBA or CFA designation.
• Willingness to relocate to Boston, if not currently residing in the area.
• Domestic and international travel may be required.
• Foreign language proficiency is considered a plus.
