Transaction Execution

Manage multiple projects at a time. Partner with senior team members to support all aspects of deal evaluation including investment framing, credit underwriting, due diligence, structuring and management of the investment committee process. Own the operational process and coordinate with internal stakeholders as the deal moves from initial screening to close.

Creation and Presentation of Materials

Develop detailed investment committee memoranda and screening presentations. Present to team members and investment committees.

Robust Analytical and Modeling Skillset

Perform detailed financial modeling and data analysis to support investment decision‑making.

Portfolio Management and Monitoring

Follow progression of closed transactions and communicate material changes to broader team members. Work on ad hoc requests to summarize portfolio metrics and performance.

Value Generation

Drive robust relative value discussions across the organization. Effectively communicate the underlying dynamics of the energy and infrastructure sub‑markets. Seek to generate optimal risk‑adjusted returns for the overall portfolio.

Team Collaboration

Work independently in a flat/lean team structure and promote a culture of collaboration, being willing to work cross‑functionally to add value across the organization.

Education

Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance.

Experience

4‑6 years of relevant work experience in infrastructure, private credit investing, investment banking or similar financial institutions. Previous experience in credit underwriting with a demonstrated ability to identify and evaluate transaction risks and risk mitigation strategies. Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, financial modeling skills, and decision‑making ability.
