Libertas Group is seeking a Senior Associate in Leveraged Finance with 5–7 years of experience to join the Leveraged Finance team in Boston. The role partners with senior credit officers, capital markets professionals, and PE sponsors to underwrite, execute, and manage sponsor-backed lending transactions.
You will lead underwriting and due diligence, build complex financial models, and mentor junior staff while managing 10–15 relationships and guiding loan documentation and closings.
