Chief Financial Officer

Match Education seeks a mission-driven Chief Financial Officer to lead all finance functions for its Boston-based charter schools and teacher residency. The CFO will own strategic financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, audit, and compliance for a complex, grant-funded organization. Partnering with the CEO and Board, the CFO will align resources with our equity-focused mission, support data-informed decisions, and manage risk.

The role includes leading a small, collaborative finance team and working closely with school, operations, and development leaders to sustain and scale high-impact programs.
