Citi is seeking a Citi Service Director to own Citi’s most strategic Investor Services client relationships from an operational perspective. You will lead an integrated service model across Fund Accounting, Middle Office, Transfer Agency, Trade Settlements, Asset Servicing, Cash/FX, Tax Operations, and Lending.
You will escalate issues, provide deep analyses, and partner with Citi colleagues to pre-empt client needs while shaping the service model and roadmap.
