Job Overview
This role provides comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. The position is subject to the SAFE Act registration requirements; all candidates must obtain and maintain registration in good standing.
Key Responsibilities- Builds short- and long-term financial plans using brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions.
- Recommends banking and investment strategies that align with each client’s financial objectives.
- Triages client requests and refers them to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
- Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals, center clientele, and other prospecting activities.
- Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners on client needs and product recommendations.
Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays.
Required Qualifications- Currently holds Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (Series 63 or 65 may be substituted, with a passing score required within 60 days).
- At least one year of experience in the investments industry with in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- At least one year of experience in the financial services industry or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Demonstrated ability to set and accomplish goals and build strong client relationships.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and time‑management skills.
- Comfortable engaging all clients and navigating complex, fast-paced environments.
- Commitment to continual learning and regulatory due diligence.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
- At least three years of experience in the financial services industry or sales with measurable goal achievement.
- Professional designations such as CFP or CRPC.
- Insurance licenses.

All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal SAFE Act system and remain in good standing. Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to termination.

$65,000.00 – $80,000.00 annualized salary, with incentives earned through a formulaic incentive plan based on performance metrics.
