Randstad is hiring entry-level to junior Fund Accountants and Financial Operations Analysts for a leading global financial services client in Boston. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals with degrees in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business who are looking to launch a career in fund accounting, investment operations, securities operations, or asset management.

What You'll Do- Support daily fund accounting and investment operations activities
- Assist with Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations and validation
- Process and reconcile financial transactions, cash activity, expenses, and corporate actions
- Research and resolve discrepancies and accounting breaks
- Review financial information for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare operational reports and support process improvements
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate daily deliverables
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Internship or 0-2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Investment Operations, Securities Operations, Fund Accounting, Financial Operations, or Auditing
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to Bloomberg, Fact Set, NAV or other financial systems
- Knowledge of investments, mutual funds, securities, or capital markets
- Experience with reconciliations, financial reporting, or financial data analysis
- Local to Boston only
- Onsite during training, then transitions to a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
