Responsibilities include quarterly and annual US GAAP reporting, audits, valuations, capital calls, distributions, cash management, responding to LP requests, supporting investor relations, documenting investment transactions, and carry calculations.
Requires 2-4 years of accounting experience with CPA preferred and a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 plus bonus.
