Manager - Finance & Accounting (Growth Equity & Buyouts

We’re partnering with a highly respected global private investment firm that’s looking to add an experienced Manager to its partnering investment platform. • Oversee quarterly NAVs, capital statements, and financial reporting prepared by the fund administrator.
• Review financial statements, management fees, and carried interest calculations.
• Lead the yearly audit process and manage requests from external auditors.
• Monitor cash availability, capital activity, and fund flows across partnering fund vehicles.
• Lead quarterly valuations and prepare materials for valuation committees.
• Analyze portfolio company performance for quarterly review meetings.
• Partner with Investor Relations on reporting, fundraising materials, and due diligence requests.
• Drive process enhancements, reporting automation, and ongoing finance initiatives.
• Serve as a key point of contact for fund administrators and other external service providers.
• Provide guidance and review support to junior members of the finance team.

• 5+ years of experience in public accounting or fund accounting
• Big 4 audit or advisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, partnership structures, and fund accounting processes.
• Experience reviewing work, managing deadlines, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive; someone who enjoys improving processes and understanding the "why."
