This role focuses on finance and operational aspects, including treasury operations, reporting, and tax processes.
Job Responsibilities- Preparation and review of financial statements (U.S. GAAP), capital statements, and related supporting schedules
- Assist with external auditors' annual financial statement audits
- Management of the treasury function, including daily cash
- Assist with preparation and review of tax work papers for external tax preparers
- Preparation and oversight of general and personalized reporting summaries
- Evaluate processes end to end and leverage technology for efficiency and accuracy
- Manage and supervise staff effectively
- Collaborate with team members on new initiatives and services
- 2+ years of accounting or finance experience in the financial services industry
- Proficiency with AI tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Creative problem-solving skills and sound judgment
- Strong interpersonal skills and capability to handle confidential information
Salary: $95,000 - $110,000, Plus Bonus
