Job Description:
Executive Wealth Services (EWS) delivers corporate-sponsored wealth planning, estate planning, financial wellness, and wealth management solutions to senior executives at participating companies. Through deep knowledge of each company's executive compensation, benefits, and corporate programs, EWS helps executives navigate complex financial decisions and maximize the value of their personal and professional opportunities.
The Executive Wealth Strategist serves as the quarterback for the executive relationship, bringing together deep company-specific expertise and broad wealth planning capabilities to deliver a highly personalized experience. This role develops trusted relationships with senior executives and provides holistic wealth, tax, estate, and financial planning guidance informed by a thorough understanding of the company's compensation, benefits, and executive programs. Partnering closely with advisors and specialists, the Executive Wealth Strategist coordinates the delivery of tailored solutions while serving as the primary point of contact for executive participants.
Through a combination of technical planning expertise and company-specific insight, the role helps executives maximize opportunities and navigate the unique financial complexities associated with senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary point of contact and planning lead for executives participating in the Executive Wealth Services program.
- Leads the wealth planning engagement process from discovery through strategy development and ongoing relationship management.
- Develops holistic and integrated planning strategies tailored to executives' unique financial circumstances, incorporating company-specific compensation, equity, deferred compensation, retirement, and benefit programs.
- Maintains deep expertise in the sponsoring company's executive compensation and benefits offerings, corporate culture, and leadership environment, translating this knowledge into actionable planning recommendations.
- Partners closely with Advisors, and specialists across investment management, credit, banking, and trust and estate planning to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Demonstrates advanced technical knowledge across a broad range of wealth planning disciplines, including trust and estate planning, executive compensation planning, equity compensation, retirement planning, tax planning, cash flow modeling, business succession, and philanthropic planning.
- Identifies planning opportunities and develops strategies that help executives maximize the value of company-sponsored compensation and benefit programs within the context of their broader wealth objectives.
- Builds trusted relationships with executives and their existing advisors, ensuring a collaborative approach that complements existing relationships and enhances the overall client experience.
- Educates executives on complex financial concepts and planning opportunities through personalized consultations, presentations, and ongoing guidance.
- Stays current on developments in tax, trust, estate, financial planning, and executive compensation regulations, assessing their impact on executives and planning strategies.
- Maintains an exceptional client experience while adhering to all regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements.
