Bain Capital Tech Opportunities is hiring full‑time Analysts for a summer 2027 start, based in Boston.

Applicants should have a strong academic record and prior internship experience with an investment firm, investment bank, consulting firm, sales team, tech startups, or should have personal entrepreneurial experience.

Bain Capital professionals are exposed to a broad set of situations and companies, and systematically develop skills as a value‑added investor. Analysts will evaluate investment opportunities through fundamental strategic analysis and traditional financial modeling. They serve as the front line in contacting and evaluating entrepreneurs to generate proprietary investment opportunities, building relationships with outstanding entrepreneurs and becoming part of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Expected annual base salary $110,000. Base salary is based on role, function, level, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. The position may also receive a discretionary annual bonus based on individual impact, team and firm performance.
