Job Description
This role provides comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to clients, including brokerage products and banking services. The position may also involve originating residential mortgage loans and requires SAFE Act registration.
Key Responsibilities- Works with clients to plan short and long‑term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions.
- Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client financial goals and needs.
- Triage client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
- Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Applies and expands knowledge by completing required licenses and trainings.
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
- Self‑disciplined time and capacity management.
- Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions.
- Success building strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Results‑driven mindset prioritizing client interests in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Learning and adapting to new technology or applications.
- Knowledge and/or completion of SAFE Act background check and registration.
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
- Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Regulatory & ComplianceAll employees engaged in residential mortgage loan originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
Shift & HoursShift: 1st shift (United States of America). Hours per week: 40.
Pay & BenefitsPay range: $28.85 – $33.65 per hour, based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
