FX Client Service Associate

Seeking a detail-oriented FX Currency Administration Client Service Representative to support the daily administration of foreign exchange (FX) client accounts. This role is responsible for completing daily operational tasks, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring all client deliverables are executed accurately and on time.

• Support day-to-day activities for assigned FX Currency Administration client relationships.
• Ensure all client deliverables are completed accurately and within established deadlines.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure seamless handoff of daily responsibilities.
• Follow established procedures and operational controls.
• Maintain a strong understanding of FX products, services, and workflows.
• Escalate issues and exceptions as needed to management.
• Contribute to process improvements and team initiatives.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in financial services, operations, client service, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
