Compliance and Management Analyst to join our Investment Operations team in Boston.
What you ll do:- Code pre/post-trade investment restrictions into think
Folio and Charles River (CRD) - Lead post-trade monitoring for U.S. clients and support fund managers on incident resolution
- Partner with Fund Managers and Client Directors to accurately interpret and implement new mandates/amendments
- Drive guideline-related projects and process improvements, including support for our growing Pune offshore team
- Complete monthly/quarterly compliance attestations and respond to client guideline queries
- BA/BS in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in a guideline-related function, ideally with Charles River (CRD) or a similar OMS
- Strong grasp of fixed income/municipal securities (required)
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; SQL a plus
- A proactive mindset for reducing operational risk and improving processes
Base salary range: $110,000–$125,000, plus comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k), disability, EAP, and more).
