Senior Finance Associate - Partner Investments

Responsibilities

One of Kforce's best financial services clients in Boston is in search of a Senior Finance Associate - Partner Investments. This role is hybrid, 3 days a week, in office. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial reports, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation
• Support annual audits and coordinate with external advisors
• Oversee cash management and treasury-related activities
• Assist with tax documentation and compliance processes
• Produce recurring and ad hoc financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Identify process improvement opportunities and leverage technology to enhance efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and support team members
• Partner with cross-functional teams on new initiatives and business needs

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, or a related field
• 2+ years of accounting, finance, or related industry experience
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Office applications, and AI-powered productivity tools
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
