Job Description & How to Apply Below

Our client is seeking a FX Currency Administration Client Service Representative to join their Currency Administration team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch or grow a career in financial services while gaining exposure to foreign exchange operations and institutional client support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and interested in financial markets, with the ability to manage daily operational responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

While prior fund accounting or foreign exchange experience is beneficial, it is not required—the team is looking for someone with a genuine interest in finance and capital markets who is eager to learn and develop within the role.

Responsibilities Include
  • Manage daily operational tasks for a portfolio of Currency Administration client relationships.
  • Respond to client inquiries and ensure all daily deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with regional offices to ensure seamless global coverage and successful handoff of daily responsibilities.
  • Follow established procedures and demonstrate strong product knowledge across Currency Administration services.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure operational processes are completed efficiently.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and support exceptional client service.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and internal systems to support daily operations and reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (BA or equivalent).
  • Fund accounting and/or foreign exchange experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to follow established procedures with strong attention to detail.
  • Interest in finance, investing, and financial markets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
