We are supporting a specialist healthcare investment bank in hiring an Investment Banking Analyst or Associate for its team in Boston or New York
.
The successful candidate will work on healthcare services M&A transactions and support the full deal process, from initial analysis and marketing materials through due diligence and closing.
Responsibilities include:- Build financial models and valuation analyses
- Prepare pitch books, CIMs and management presentations
- Support buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
- Conduct company, sector and market research
- Coordinate due diligence and transaction work streams
- Work closely with clients and senior deal team members
- Support transactions from initial pitch through closing
- Investment banking experience at the Analyst or Associate level
- Strong M&A execution and financial modelling skills
- Healthcare services experience is preferred
- Experience from a boutique, specialist or middle-market investment bank
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Interest in building a long-term career in healthcare investment banking
