• Represent lenders and borrowers in syndicated credit facilities and acquisition financings.
• Draft, review, and revise credit agreements and related documents.
• Manage deals and interact with clients effectively.

• 2-6 years of experience in debt finance transactions.
• Experience in asset-based financing is a plus.
• Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar or eligible for admission.
