Client Finance Analyst, Media Responsibilities
- Maintain client project financials, including budget management and billing rule setup and maintenance
- Support media-specific financials — media plans/buys, vendor and media authorizations, and reconciliation of media spend against client budgets
- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
- Analyze staffing, utilization, and billability
- Collaborate with Client Accounting to ensure clients are billed in a timely fashion and that billing complies with client contractual agreements, including media billing terms and reconciliations
- Assist with AR, WIP, Accrued, and Deferred analysis
- Collaborate with the rest of the Finance team
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is required
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products — Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must possess sound judgment, be self-motivated, and have the ability to work independently
- Deliver quality work
- Adjust priorities to respond to pressing and changing demands; meet deadlines by managing time and priorities
- Maintain working knowledge of functional area policies and procedures and general knowledge of company policy and procedures
- Professional communication manner and the ability to triage messages when appropriate
- Exhibit a positive, pro‑active "can do" attitude with all team members and a willingness to pitch in whenever needed
- 1+ years' experience in Client Finance / FP&A / Finance
- Exposure to media finance, media billing, or agency media operations strongly preferred; experience with Mediaocean a plus
- Experience with enterprise-level financial systems essential;
Net Suite / Open Air a plus - Experience working in an agency (media preferably) is essential
$50,000-$60,000
