Private Equity Director

FM seeks a Private Equity Director to lead deal sourcing, evaluation, and execution while driving value creation across a portfolio of investments. You will originate opportunities, oversee financial modeling and due diligence, structure and negotiate transactions, and partner with portfolio company leadership on growth and operational improvements. The Director will present recommendations to the investment committee, support capital raising and investor relations, and mentor junior team members.

This role suits a highly analytical leader with deep transaction and portfolio management experience.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate private equity investment opportunities
• Lead financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence processes
• Structure, negotiate, and execute transactions
• Develop and drive value-creation plans with portfolio company leadership
• Monitor portfolio performance and manage risk
• Prepare investment memos and present to investment committee
• Cultivate relationships with advisors, bankers, and deal sources
• Support capital raising and investor reporting
• Mentor and develop junior investment professionals
