KBW is working witha global, private equity-backed medical technology company experiencing significant growth. With operations across multiple countries and a rapidly expanding global footprint, the organization is investing heavily in its finance technology, data infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives.
This newly evolving role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of Finance, Technology, Data, and Project Management.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and maintain global finance systems
- Validate, reconcile, and maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial and operational data.
- Maintain finance master data, including chart of accounts, entities, cost centers, products, and organizational structures.
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing/UAT, documentation, and user access.
- Build dashboards and reporting solutions using BI tools.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and system optimization.
- Partner with Finance, IT, Accounting, FP&A, HR, Supply Chain, Operations, and external vendors on technology initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects by planning, tracking, and managing deliverables.
- Provide user support and training.
- Support the company's ongoing digital transformation and future adoption of AI for Finance.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience supporting finance systems, FP&A, business systems, financial reporting, or data governance.
- Experience working with global organizations and cross-functional teams.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial systems, data validation, and master data governance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 plus bonus
Mostly remote with occasional meetings in the Boston office
