Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred. Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role within the manufacturing and production industry. Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and business partnering. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
