Job Description We are seeking a Fund Servicing Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fund servicing operations, securities valuation, and mutual fund/ETF pricing and a proven ability to execute routine transactions with accuracy, analyze pricing movements, and drive process improvements. Responsibilities:
Execute routine fund servicing transactions in line with guidelines and procedures. Capture and validate security prices used to calculate and submit mutual fund Net Asset Value (NAV). Process and review security-level prices provided by pricing vendors. Analyze and interpret pricing movements against market expectations. Liaise with pricing vendors to resolve issues and minimize risk. Collaborate with operations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Research and resolve exceptions promptly and effectively, escalating issues to a supervisor as required. Support downstream teams with subject matter expertise and responsive communication. Maintain sound cybersecurity practices within daily workflows. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Proficiency with MS Office, primarily Outlook and Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills for email, phone, and Zoom. Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate occasional late finishes. Baseline knowledge of fund servicing operations and routine transaction execution. Critical thinking and independent decision-making skills. Desire to learn and grow. College degree not required. Recent graduates are welcome. Preferred

Skills:
