Randstad is seeking early-career finance and investment operations professionals with 0–3 years of experience for contract opportunities with a top global financial services organization in Boston
. These opportunities are ideal for recent graduates and professionals with experience in fund accounting, investment operations, securities operations, financial operations, middle office, transfer agency, client accounting, or asset management who are looking to grow their careers within financial services.

• Financial Operations Analyst
• Fund Accountant / Fund Accounting Analyst
• Operations Specialist – Trade Management or Corporate Actions

• Support daily fund accounting and investment operations activities
• Assist with Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations, review, and validation
• Process and reconcile financial transactions, cash activity, expenses, and corporate actions
• Support trade processing, settlement, and investment operations activities
• Research and resolve discrepancies, exceptions, and accounting breaks
• Review financial data and reporting for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare operational and financial reports
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely daily deliverables
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 0–3 years of experience
  , including internships, in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Investment Operations, Securities Operations, Fund Accounting, Financial Operations, Auditing, or Asset Management
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with financial data
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Fund accounting or investment operations experience
• Experience with reconciliations, cash activity, trade processing, corporate actions, or financial reporting
• Exposure to NAV calculations or validation
• Knowledge of mutual funds, securities, investments, or capital markets
• Exposure to Bloomberg, Fact Set, or other financial systems

• 6-12-month contract with strong potential for permanent hire

• Contract pay: $24–$28/hour, based on the job, experience and qualifications
• Potential for permanent conversion with an estimated salary range of $60K–$65K
