Tax Associate Or Sr. Tax Associate
The Tax Associate/Senior Associate will support tax compliance, reporting, and strategic tax initiatives for investment funds. This role partners with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure accurate and timely tax filings, reporting, and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tax compliance processes, including fund tax returns, K-1 reporting, tax projections, and regulatory filings.
- Partner with external advisors and internal teams on tax planning, structuring, audits, and investor tax inquiries.
- Prepare and review tax-related analyses, reports, presentations, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain tax databases and reporting tools while supporting process improvements and technology initiatives.
