Blue Hub Capital in the Boston, MA area is seeking a Director of Credit to lead the credit approval and oversight process across our lending programs. Reporting to the Chief Credit Officer, the role ensures integrity and efficiency of credit decisions and bridges underwriting, portfolio management, and loan closers.
The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in credit analysis or fund administration, preferably in a CDFI or mission-driven lender. A Master's degree is preferred, with CFA/CRC a plus.
