Our client is seeking a strategic finance leader to partner with the Plant Manager and drive financial excellence at a key manufacturing facility. This role offers the opportunity to be at the center of operational decision-making, providing insights, analysis, and leadership that directly impact performance and profitability.

As a Finance Business Partner, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Information Systems, Procurement, and Accounting, to ensure robust manufacturing systems are in place. You'll play a hands-on role in shaping business improvement initiatives, setting performance goals with plant leadership, and analyzing results across quality, productivity, delivery, cycle time, inventory optimization, and profitability.

This position also involves building economic models to evaluate investments, cost savings opportunities, and product line decisions; supporting business unit initiatives; and leading the forecasting, planning, and reporting processes. You'll manage the capital appropriation process and post-project reviews, ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements and Sarbanes‑Oxley controls, and provide leadership to a talented finance team.
