PE backed SaaS company in the greater Boston area is seeking a Vice President FP&A to lead all financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning activity. This role will report into the CFO and manage a small team. We are targeting candidates with 12+ years of FP&A experience working in the SaaS or Fin Tech industry.
- Lead the annual budget, long-range planning, and rolling forecast processes.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Monitor business performance, analyze variances, and identify risks and opportunities.
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and resource allocation.
- Prepare executive and Board-level financial reporting and presentations.
- Partner with business leaders to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Lead, develop, and mentor the FP&A team.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial planning processes, reporting, and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership in FP&A.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to influence executive leadership and partner across functions.
- Experience with ERP and financial planning systems preferred.
COMP: $250--275k Base + Bonus + Equity
Boston local candidates only - Hybrid in office 4 days per week
